All pricing and payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD). You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Invoices are typically issued before the service is started or on a regular billing cycle (e.g., weekly or monthly for ongoing clients).

We accept payments by card processing. Payments are due within the terms specified on your invoice (typically 7 or 14 days unless otherwise arranged). Late payments may incur a late fee or service suspension until the balance is cleared.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things can change, and we try to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if we are unable to access the site at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply (usually equal to 50–100% of the scheduled service fee, depending on the situation).

6. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services every time. If you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know within 24 hours of service, and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear on surfaces or furniture

  • Items not disclosed as delicate or high-value before cleaning

  • Health issues related to cleaning chemicals when used according to their instructions

  • Delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, site access issues, or power outages)

7. Site Access & Responsibilities

When we provide cleaning services, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the premises

  • Secure or remove valuable or delicate items

  • Notify us of any hazards, alarms, or access requirements in advance

If we are cleaning outside of business hours, you may be asked to provide keys or codes to access the work site. These are handled securely and never shared without authorisation.
